January 26, 2018 - Dear CSEE Parents and Guardians of 8th Grade Students,
Soon we will be having more memories to treasure with our 8th grade students graduating from CSEE. We have a lot planned for our students in the upcoming months to help celebrate this great accomplishment. As part of the graduating class your child will be eligible to participate in the following activities: the 8th grade graduating trip, semi-formal dinner, and your child will be asked to purchase the cap gown, and picture package. In order for the school to provide these activities we are asking for each student/parent to make a contribution of $210.00 to help cover some of the expenses.
Cap & Gown Package: Our 8th grade graduation is set for June 20, 2018. Students will be receiving their cap and gown, 2018 tassel, diploma, and Class of 2018 T-Shirt.
8th Grade Pictures: Our 8th graders will be taking their pictures for graduation on May 16, 2018
8th Grade Semi-Formal Dinner: This year our 8th graders will be celebrating their graduation by having a semi-formal dinner. This event is scheduled for June 21 at Castle Royale, Yonkers, NY.
8th Grade trip to Holiday Hill: Our 8th graders will be going to Holiday Hill in Prospect, Conn.
for their end of the year trip. This special outing is set for June 18, 2018. Holiday Hill is a 200 acre resort designed for students to engage in a relaxing outdoor celebration. Students are permitted to participate in various activities such as basketball, swimming, and even a pie eating contest!

We will be sending home more information about each activity in the next couple of months. Forms and permission slips for all activities will be sent home and parents must complete and sign before students are eligible to participate.
In order to book Holiday Hill, secure a reservation for Castle Royale, and get our order processed for the graduation package we need to submit payment to secure availability. Therefore, we are asking you to please send in your deposits during the dates below:
1st payment of $70.00 due on January 26, 2018
2nd deposit of $70.00 due on March 2, 2018
3rd/Final deposit of $70.00 due on April 13, 2018
2nd deposit of $70.00 due on March 2, 2018
3rd/Final deposit of $70.00 due on April 13, 2018
Please note we will only accept CASH. Please send all money in a sealed envelope labeled with your child’s name, class, 8th grade graduation funds to the attention of Mrs. Rendina.
