The CSAA Region 1 Champion Owls Flag Football team continued their dream undefeated season on Saturday, December 3, by defeating Region 2 Champion Inwood Academy 39-6. Elijah Castillo ran wild all over Inwood, scoring 4 touchdowns. Faith Aleman and Reynaldo Encarnacion added touchdowns as well. The Owls defense was stout all day, only allowing one first down. Giovanni Vilchez, Elias Ochoteco and Kai McFarlane all made key interceptions to lead the defense. The Owls will now look to complete their perfect season this Saturday as they will play for the CSAA New York City Championship against the Region 3 champions from Brooklyn.
The CSEE Owls Cheerleading team competed in their first ever competition this past Saturday at New Rochelle High School. The team has been perfecting their routine all season with countless hours and dedication. It paid off in a big way as they were able to take home a second place trophy in their division. Congratulations to the team and coaches on a successful first season!
